Yes, I purchased the package about 5 years ago...locked in the price. My family is aware of my decision and respect it. My ashes will be held if I go first until my hubby joins me. Blunt but true...death is a part of life. Our ashes can be mixed together along with the ashes of any of our pets...so far Homey and Mugsy will be joining us.

Beats rotting in the ground in a little box...I like the thought of hundreds of fish swimming around and perhaps some of my favorite corals taking hold there...peaceful....

Why not...people are allowed to dive the site. No one in my family is as into this hobby as much as I am. I'd love to be able to take the corals with me and have them planted when I go. Now I'm getting a business idea...planting corals on the "graves" of those set onto the ocean bottom at these sites.

Eternal reef is located in Florida...right now they have different sites planned...most on the east coast. I'm hoping I can get "dropped" into the west coast, Gulf of Mexico side when the time comes. My mother and I used to go to Pier 60 at Clearwater Beach and sit and drink Pina Coladas (her) and Vodka Martini's (me) and watch the dolphins play in the surf and the pelicans soar as the sun set. Probably one of my best and favorite memories of my Mom...I sure do miss her.

There is something similar off the coast of Miami Beach, Neptune Memorial Reef. Patterned after accounts of the lost city of Atlantis, this is a great dive site that has been attracting a lot of fish and coral has just begun to grow on the structures. Pretty cool final resting spot IMO.
