trachyphyllia frag dying

So IV had this frag for around a month 2 months now. Recently it's started to look strange with some white marks around it.

Yeah tested today and everything seems ok

Calcium 450
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10
Ammonia 0

Absolutely! My trachy is very sensitive to salinity & alkalinity changes. When he doesn’t look good that is the first thing I check
 
Never mind alkalinity is around 8 salt is .25
Ok that's better. The 2 got me worried :-). Do you test Alk regularly? Do you have a baseline for Alk? Have you done anything recently like a large water change or Alk additive? Large Alk swings will not make corals happy.

Will need to test Phosphates if not already. 0 phosphates causes my LPS to close up.

What's your PH?
