trachyphyllia frag dying

So IV had this frag for around a month 2 months now. Recently it's started to look strange with some white marks around it.

Do you have any fish in the tank.? Parameters? Other coral near it?

Yeah tested today and everything seems ok

Calcium 450
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10
Ammonia 0

Absolutely! My trachy is very sensitive to salinity & alkalinity changes. When he doesn’t look good that is the first thing I check

Never mind alkalinity is around 8 salt is .25
Ok that's better. The 2 got me worried :). Do you test Alk regularly? Do you have a baseline for Alk? Have you done anything recently like a large water change or Alk additive? Large Alk swings will not make corals happy.

Will need to test Phosphates if not already. 0 phosphates causes my LPS to close up.

What's your PH?
