I have 2 Trachy with this.. one is new and the other one has 2 months ago.

No I didn’t.
ok they look like mesenterial filaments to me i suggest the first step would be remove them from your tank and dip them in revive dip or whatever dip you think is best because it can be something internal bothering them or trying to munch on them. these filaments are basically their guts which can be triggered by many things, after dipping and letting them sit in your tank for a few days it can be due to them having a chemical warfare (make sure there are no other corals around them at least 5-6inches) or pollutants in the water such like when you stir up the sandbed or not keeping up with water changes and it can also be due to general stress / simply feeding off of something in the water column but if they continue to be out like that i don’t think it’d be a feeding response unless you aren’t supplying them with enough flow. another thing you can do is dim your lights if they have high wattage by at least 20% !
