Trachys not looking good

Hi all!

The last couple of days both of my trachys have been closed up. One looks a lot worse than the other. These guys are in my coral QT and I do have another I could try moving them to but was looking for suggestions.
Here are my parameters:

Alk was low so I dosed last night and today it's at 8.3 so I dosed again to try to get it above 9. I'm using BRS liquid sodium bicarbonate to bring it up. Nitrates are a little low I think and I can look into bringing that up if that's a good idea?

Here is a picture of them, the second looks worse than the first I think:

This tank does have some Acoel flatworms that I'm trying to get rid of, so that was the reason I was considering moving them to another QT that doesn't have them.

Try to keep your ALK stabilized - IME Trachy's don't like fluctuations of alk.

These guys can be quite picky at times. You do want consistent alk. You also want a bit low flow and lower light. They want food, so try some coral foods or mysis if they will take it. Feed after lights out. Good luck!

Oh okay, I will keep up with that, Alk is the one thing that is always falling in this tank, so I'll be more consistent with it then, thanks!

I do feed Red Sea's Reef Energy+ every day and BRS' Reef Chilli and Spirulina almost daily. I tried feeding Mysis the day before yesterday but neither would take it. I tried during the day, but I can try again at lights out. Thanks!
