Jack and Kathy are some of the best people Ive ever dealt with. I ordered from them a few weeks back and the shipment got misrouted and didnt get it when I was supose 2. They took care of everything and reshipped me out another one. Since they took care of me so well I made another oder from they and got a pair of Flame Wrasses. I got them today and could not of been happier. Packing was great. They sent me PM and called me just to make sure the fish made it okay. Thats what I call customer service.
