Your first book, and the start of your new addiction: The Eye of the World. If you liked The Witcher you will LOVE this series.

Excellent books, read them all but what was written after he passed. Need to find the finish and get read someday

He had written the ending, and fleshed out his plot, but unfortunately was not able to get everything done. He and his wife decided that Brandon Sanderson was “the guy” and basically let him do his thing with the final 3 books. They are really fantastic imo, Sanderson was a huge fan of the series and is an excellent author in his own right. So the characters get written from more of a fan perspective at the end, and really get to come into their own :)

unfortunately I don’t have Jordan’s autograph, but I do have Sandersons. Some of the books are first editions as well.

So... Turtle found the debit card again. Yea I really should hide that. Jamrock loaded the website up with a bunch of new corals and the temptation was too much to resist. We got 3 acros and a lobo. First pic will be his, second is mine.

TSA Carolina Reaper (if those dont show up it's a fire and chili emoji)

Nice grab! It's going to be nice watching them grow and color up.

Biweekly maintenance day! Well, its scheduled for tomorrow but I figured since I'm off today and working tomorrow we'd go ahead and knock it out. Emptied the sump, vacuumed the detritus that settled, removed the 3 aiptasia, replaced the carbon and GFO in the reactor and filled back with fresh salt water. Pretty proud of myself for staying on top of it. In the past I've put it off because the tank looked good.

We also took an ATI ICP sample and mailed it off and did a post water change water test with all of our new kits we got. Results are as follows.

Ca 420ppm (Salifert)
Alk 8.1dKH (Hanna)
Mg 1440ppm (Salifert)
K 370ppm (Salifert)
I 0ppm (Salifert)
NO3 0.25ppm (Red Sea Pro)
PO4 0ppm (Hanna)
pH 8.4 (Salifert)
Temp 77.9 (Hanna)
Salinity 1.024sg (Refractometer)

Nothing sexy on, I'm not sure there is clothing sexy enough for me, but I am cooking T bones and lobster tail for dinner.
Filet for her, Ribeye for me, finished in the oven with feta cheese on top :)

I prefer rib eye as well, it is the most perfect cut of steak, but they had these huge T bones at the market. Well, mine is a porter house. ;)

I should have put some chives on the mashed potatoes, way more photogenic that way ;)

Glued the acros to rock. It was easy enough to pop off the large glue booger so we dont have any frag plugs in the tank. I know, they'll eventually grow out but you can still see the plug. Also, we need to get a better filter... taking pictures thru a pair of orange glasses isn't the best method.

TSA Carolina Reaper on the left, FHC Kyrptonic in the middle, and the Sunset Mille in the back.
