i would definitely QT and treat for internal parasites with metro and then treat for external parasites with prazipro. and finally do 3 weeks of copper if you can.

I really think the damsel needs to be isolated and treated. You can isolate, but not treat by using a hanging isolation basket....that might be enough, but difficult to say.
For the clown, the new video shows generalized mucus- bear in mind this shows up more readily in darker colored fish, your other clowns may have this, but it may not show up as well. The big fear with this symptom is could it be Brooklynella? If it is, you would need to isolate and treat. At this point though, I think this is just generalized mucus, and not too serious.
