Updated spectrapure ATO coming?

Yeah, I've been waiting for months now for their ATO to come back in stock.....I guess they're having supply issues. Very close to giving up the wait.

I too am trying to find out what's going on - have too many LMIII on hand to abandon it.

All litermeter items have been removed from the site but I am told that spare tubes should be back in stock within a week or two.

I am starting to worry that my purchase of the litermeter 4 and four pumps is going a bad purchase.

I emailed about their ultra precise ATOs and one of their staff emailed me an info page but it wasn't actually an answer to my question regarding the availability of their product. Doesn't look to good for spectrapure.

Well, It's been 4 months and the spare tubes never became available. LMIII was a great product I dont understand where things went wrong for SpectraPure.

Why screw the loyal customer base and not support the LM3 line with replacement parts???

^^^^ I think they are a shadow of their former self. they used to take phone calls now everything is by email. Times are tough and I think they are experiencing it, I just enjoy speaking to them at the shows.

I am wondering what to do as well. I use LM3’s for AWC, kalk, and 2 part additions. I use their precise ATO as well. I’m gonna need parts this year at a minimum. Been using their stuff 20 plus years.

Did anyone switch to a new manufacturer and have been happy with the performance and reliability?

I looks like it is about time to find a new solution. Still no replacement parts available. I am probably going to order a GHL maxi for my auto water change setup.

Now I know I am going to order a GHL went to their website and they had giftcards on sale. When my giftcard arrives I will be ordering.

I don't think so either. Company must be failing. The customer support via email at least is pretty bad. It's too bad since the pressor sensor ATO was one of the best in the hobby.
