Hello,
So I had a driver die on my MP10QDW. Newest version. I use a WXM via Apex.
I got the new driver today, and was unable to attach to my Apex with the usual setup procedure. I did notice there is a W on the driver, but it will not light up like my other drivers?? Did they send me a driver for the non wireless??? The Photos of the MP10 drivers without Wireless look like they don't have a "W" on them.

Any help appreciated.

You need to take the wireless chip out of the old driver and put it in the new one :)

So this is driving me nuts. Same thing happened to me the other day. I had an MP10 on a frag tank. Unplugged it. Moved it over to another tank. Plugged it back in and the driver would power on, then shut right off. Called support, they sent me a replacement driver. Got driver today. Installed new driver, copies the wifi chip which I did later. Pump was working fine. Put wifi chip in, starts back up, W light comes on. I them clear memory and put I to pairing mode and new driver does it again!!!

If I unlugg it, and plug back in it starts for a second, then shuts right off. Same symptoms of old driver that went bad???

Am I doing something wrong???

If you're using an Apex you should NOT plug the vortechs into an Eb8 or Eb832. Only plug them into "regular" outlets in your house. (I was stunned when Apex support told me this when i had constant disconnect issues)

Perhaps this is what you're doing? Plug it into a regular outlet. Delete the vortech and set it back up. All should work fine afterwards.

Yes I know, I'm not plugged into a regular outlet.
No point because when you attach the Vortech, it creates a virtual outlet with full control.

I seemed to have solved issue. I took driver apart unplugged the wifi chip, started over and got apex to attach...

Thanks for your help....
