Looking for a little ID help

Can you be more specific about what part of the video your looking at?I saw snails , hermit crabs, starfish.Can you circle the part your looking at to ID?

Its really hard to tell,is there anyway you can move it closer to the front?

Went to get a better pic and it was all retracted, went back at halftime of the game and it was gone..... will keep an eye out
