Waterbox cube 20 return hose size

Hi all,

Quick question hopefully someone can answer. What is the internal diameter of the return pump hose on a waterbox cube 20. Their website says 16mm but I'm not sure if that is internal or external diameter. It's getting connected to a sicce syncra silent 1.0.

Welcome to R2R! I just pulled mine out of the box to check, and the outside diameter of the fitting from the stock pump is 1/2". The inside diameter of the hose is just slightly smaller, but I've read that some warm water will allow it to stretch enough to seat well on the fittings.

Im about to order a waterbox Cube 20. Would you guys say the sicce syncra is a good high powered/low noise pump? im looking to put my tank in my bedroom
