Help if you canTsp water from faucet or RODI water?
RODI was used and yes he’s been eating daily. Not like in my DT before but still eatingAre you using RODI water or tap from the faucet?
In the video doesnt look all that bad. Is it eating?
Reading online could it be ammonia poisoning? Are you using RODI water or tap from the faucet?

He’s ramming into the tank sides and Looks paleDid the lights go on too suddenly? Is it still breathing slower?
Jay
Here he is a few minutes later
A few pvc pipesNo, he is still breathing fairly rapidly. Does that tank have any hiding places in it? The fish seems very uncomfortable.
Jay
Yeah he keeps slamming against glass and the top of the waterA few pvc pipes
earlier today his breathing was completely normal
With no lights on he just sits at the bottom.O.K., what happens if you dim the lights? Some people say that fish with Amyloodinium (velvet) become sensitive to light. I've not seen that myself, but the rapid breathing is a symptom that goes right along with that. I saw your other thread, don't back off on the copper, you aren't at therapeutic dose yet, so it isn't copper toxicity.
Jay
Yeah it was weird. I am just worried he got worse through the day and was near death in that first pic tonight. He looked good in morning video. Wonder if light is freaking it out ?
Not sure if crashing into glass or lethargic . Way below needed dose
I can’t offer much help either, sorry. I’m a beginner aquarist and my QT experience with velvet didn’t go all that great. I’ll certainly try my best to help though. Not sure what to do I’m a rookie w QT
I’m sorry, but the clown sounds like a goner. It stinks when it’s an original fish. It’s likely, based on that video, that he has an hour, maybe two, left in him. However, I have seen anomalies in fish, so never give up hope, and always keep fighting.Yeah it was weird. I am just worried he got worse through the day and was near death in that first pic tonight.
also doesn’t help first thing I find online says clownfish turned pale in QT and died
he’s our oldest fish so really don’t want to do any harm to him
