What are these guys?

Found little isopod-looking guys in my Chaeto as well as on my live rock. They seem to come out at night.
They look too big to be copepods... so what are they? Should I be worried?

Have a look at images of amphipods or munnid isopods in aquaria - likely candidates and harmless/beneficial.

If you want a better ID, a pic or video is going to be needed.

Have a look at images of amphipods or munnid isopods in aquaria - likely candidates and harmless/beneficial.
