Plates do that! Sometimes they will inflate because they want to float themselves to a new location, so don’t be surprised if some morning you wake up and it’s in a new spot. Looks like nice colors! Is it in a shaded area? Mine does fine right on the bottom in full light, so maybe it’s looking for a brighter spot.

Best kind of plate is a puffy hairy plate. How about a pic under blue light.
