I have learned on this site how important it is to keep your parameters very stable in a sps tank. And I am really trying to keep my levels now a lot more stable now. But I have realized eveyone has very different opinions on where to keep them at. What does everyone test for and what numbers do you like to keep? And once you get them where you want them. How long will it take to see a change in your corals? Thanks again for all of your help.

I'm using the Red Sea program so trying to stay with their numbers.
SG. 1.025ppm
Alk 8.2Dkh
Ca 430ppm
Mg 1310ppm
No3 1.5ppm
Po4 0.02
I2 0.06
Fe 0.15
K 400.
These numbers do have a range but I just put their optimal level

My actual numbers are
SG. 1.026
Alk 8.7Dkh
Ca 395ppm, a little low, had to adjust the doser last testing
Mg 1300ppm
No3 3ppm
Po4 0.02
I2 0.06
Fe 0ppm
K 431ppm.

As far as seeing an affect for corals once you are solid can vary from piece to piece. Some can take a few days to a few weeks and some can take months to color up. Depends on if your shooting for color or growth.

The numbers range but as long you keep them stable you will be good.

You're good if you keep it stable like this.
You'll see in a few weeks your tank will look amazing.
Do you have a FTS of your tank?

I am really looking for color. My corals grow fairly good. My color is just not where I would like it to be.
