Definitely possible.Line (black) on 3
Neutral (white) on 4
Ground (green or bare) on the stud with the green wire.
is the toggle switch 2 position or 3?
*edit*
the toggle looks like it has a male and a female terminal.
that makes me think the hot (black) would go to the male on the toggle,
the female on the toggle should go on 3
the neutral and ground would be as above.
I would use a wire nut between the hot and the toggle personally, spades are OK on the board itself IMO. (although on mine, I used ring terminals under the nuts)
Could it maybe be a cutoff switch? Low level or something similsr? Thanks guys. The toggle is two position. Whats the switches purpose? I read some pool pumps have a high power and low power setting. Or is it simply an on off switch?
I had disassembled this hoping to see if its internals are salwater safe. Nope has brass female screws to thread the screws into. However i pulled the wires out by accident lol.
Yeah for sure i definitely would use it for a tank but its 10 amps.3450, that puppy's going to move some serious water.
doubt it has a whole lot of head though, I bet it has a pretty steep drop-off.
it's a pool pump probably 40-50 GPM. at ~3' of head.
No short wire that i know of.Also, I’m not 100%, but I think terminal #1 may be there to pass line to the toggle. Out of curiosity, was there a short wire with a female terminal adapter on each end, that would have been hooked to the toggle?
Ok. Then I would just wire it like link81 suggested and will work just fine. The male terminal adapter on the toggle should plug in to your line coming in and female from toggle go to #3No short wire that i know of.
