For all them electrically gifted folks... what is the name for the white wire connector in this picture? Also, any links to purchase something of this sort would be appreciated. Trying to wire a 150 Watt metal halide fixture that did not come with the connector.

Think of it this way.. At the end of the cord you have a wall plug.
So another one and the appropriate female plug should be fine..
