Is it just me or is your waterline high?
I've tried multiple things as I thought the same thing but it appears that that's just the waterline I think? haha I might have another look tonight

as someone that lives in california, that waterline gives me anxiety

hahahahaha excellent, thankfully we're right in the middle of a plate down here in Aus

My Waterbox 170 often runs at a level that high (I can tell by the distance below the logo). I find that if I clean the strainer of the overflow box and/or slow down the return pump, I can get it lower.

What’s the turnover rate on the 170 (Approx)?

Yeah, I figured it's normal as they want to achieve the seamless look for the tanks :) I love the look but it's annoying at the same time as I always spill water down the front haha

Not sure what the turnover rate is but I have a Vectra M1 on near full flow (it was half before I added the UV) so whatever that equates too haha I have a fairly high turnover though as it's going to be an sps tank and I've always run them with fast turnover :)

For anyone that's a bit of a knife fan like I am, Georgia got me this absolutely stunning petty knife for me for my birthday yesterday and I'm absolutely in love with it!

And here's the little guy at home with my other chef knife buddies <3

Beautiful knife! I love Damascus.. this is one of my newer additions, 500 layer birds eye made by a friend of mine who is a world class Damascus knife maker.. he has made knives for multiple presidents and has some of his work displayed in museums across the country. I tie knots for a hobby so I did the handle wrap on it with US mil spec 550 cord and also had a custom kydex sheath made for it.

That is stunning and your rope work is phenomenal!!! :D All my nice knives are kitchen knives but I've got my eyes out for something really special to fill the gap of utility knife, one person I follow on instagram is in my sights for this blade potentially!

Do you even remember what your tank looks like?! Still snow storming in there?
It's getting clearer by the day :D I'm going to hopefully get a 100L wc done today to really help it along :)

I know it probably looks less clear in this picture but that's because I did a nice water change and stirred all the gunk up in the tank and got it getting caught by the socks! Skimmer was ****** gross though haha

And here's another picture of Agatha but this time she's tormenting my poor babies haha
