XR15 computer connection

Does the XR15 require full time connection to a computer or can I download specific profiles and then run them? I ask because I didn’t realize their dependence on downloading profiles and my computer has been dead for a few months. I use my phone and iPad to connect to the outside world and neither appear to be compatible with the light’s app. Just wanted to ask around before buying a new power supply for a computer I don’t really use.

Once you load the profile you want to run on the light and program it, you can disconnect it from the computer. The light does not need a constant connection to your computer. Once it's programmed to the schedule you want you're good to go :)
