Xr30 G5 Blue schedule

I just going a great deal on 4 x30 / 1g6 blue and 3 g5 blue for my waterbox 220 . I changed from g4 xr15 and want to change my schedule . I see allot of people are using they Peak white at 100 . My previous was white at 50 with 100 intensity and 100 schedule . I do have SPS Most frags and growing but I am concern of the 100 whites on peak for 4 hr ( I do have my schedule at 55%. All those sps people what schedule you are using .

Look up online for Mobius light files. They are out there. Like WWC and the likes , or just use tried and true AB+
