So I suppose the local drug dealer selling drugs out of his house, and being busted is living tyranny?

Next time someone calls the police on your local drug dealer, who's selling drugs out of his house(cause what he does in his home is his business) is tyranny?

What country, and delusional world do you live in?

If your not doing anything illegal, what do you have to fear? I let them in, made a cup of coffee, and we talked about the tank for a good hour or so. I got one of the guys into the hobby because he liked my tank so much. Were good friends to this day actually. I call that a good deed, not tyranny.
That is deranged way of think. I live in a state that has a constitution that guarantees my right to privacy and freedom from unwarranted search. Where I live the police would be expected to do there job, gather evidence, and go before a judge to secure a warrant. What I have to fear is the slow erosion of my rights, and the police thinking they can violate my personal space on a whim. The police aren't your friend.

Same here, they would need a warrant, but I invited them in. I personally find that a warped way of thinking. If you have nothing to hide, why wouldn't you let them in instead of causing more problems?

The police are not your friend? Thats surly a warped way of thinking, and shows just how much this world has changed. I hope you never need them when your being robbed, or someone breaks into your home. You know since they are not your friend.

I live in a small town and actually went to school with 99% of our police force, so yes they are my friends. I've actually gotten out of speeding tickets just by being kind and respectful to the officer when being pulled over.

Sorry but your way of thinking is whats warped, and shows just whats wrong with this country, and this new way of thinking that every police officer is out to just screw everyone over, and has a god complex. Yeah lets defund the police while were at it, so the psychos can run free.

You might be a reefer when your wife answers a compliment you’ve just directed to your favorite fish!!! :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:
Haha! That sounds like an awkward situation. :face-with-tears-of-joy:

...and then your family can't comprehend why using one of your buckets to soak white tennis shoes in bleach is unacceptable behavior, lol. "But there are SO MANY BUCKETS!" "Yes, and I need all of them. Every single one. Just in case." :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

You might be a reefer if:
You have a horde of salt buckets you aren't too inclined to get rid of because its a bucket, and you never know.
Or
You start talking to your wife about Alkalinity and Calcium, or ppm and ppt and ppb and shes just got this look like, how much is it gonna cost now....

You might be a reefer if you experience the "jump on and measure phase" to see where you can fit one more aquarium or sump.

True Story I lived in a duplex owned by my dad and installed a rack of tanks and a 300 plus gallon koi pond in the laundry room after tearing out the old coal bin. Had to split the koi pond in two and fiberglass it back together to get through the door ways. Built tanks to fit in various locations just to add one more tank. What a mess when the drilled bottoms blew out in the 20 highs.

If you have a foam fish cooler in your car at all times in case you pick up something when getting water
Or you make your SO walk all the way across Barcelona Spain to see a aquarium store.
Foam?? I have a full on Coleman with several smaller containers and baggies... Just in case :face-with-tears-of-joy:

If you go on vacation, and in the morning check out where the LFS's. Then spend the rest of day visiting them even if you don't buy anything.

Or make a thread on R2R about going on vaca, and asking the people who live there where the best LFS's are.

Actually went to Las Vegas and toured all the fish tanks and didn’t even gamble. This was my only trip to Vegas as well.
