2nd time newbie

Looking at getting back into marine keeping after over 10 years away I’m looking at a neptunian 3ft cube with the tiny back weir but don’t want a noisy tank cos my grumpy dog will be sleeping next to it. Has anyone got a neptunian that can advise me on this plz
