Hello everyone!
I saw some new Indo torches at my LFS and purchased one small head. The torches w/ two heads were very pretty colors, they had teal tips & purple stems that fade into beautiful oranges. But the head that I got, which is from the same colony, had the teal tips and purple stems that fade into green. Will it eventually color up and get the orange too? What has been your experience? Have you ever had a head of coral that was a little dull that later gained some color?

Thanks in advance!

If you saw the mother, the baby is always the same as the mother colony it was cut from. Many if not all corals do color up with time. TLC, good water perams, and good location are key to making your baby happy :). Good luck with him!
