Ai prime 16 wont update

I cant get my new ai prime to update every time I click update it says there is a sequential update required then it fails. I have tried unplugging, factory resetting, resetting the app, restarting my phone

I have not an idea. I unplugged it like 4 more times and suddenly it started updating. So I would say persistence is the solution
