Akma Solana

Started a tank thread on other forums, but realized I don't have one here:

This will be mainly an sps tank, with some zoas and palys. I had some nice colonies that I grew from frags that I got from pnoyreefer, but I sold them thinking I wasn't going to do SPS. That was a mistake.

Equipment:
- 34 Gallon Solana with stand
- AI blue lights hung by zeroedge trees. The first pic I used trees I had on my 120, but this single works better for the AI.
- Upgraded return to mj1200
- Vortech mp10esw
- Tunze osmolator for topoff
- RKL controller to run the heater
- DJ powerstrip to turn things off easier like ATO when I'm doing water changes and such
- Tunze 9002 modded with stevieT cup
- LitermeterIII to dose once I get the sps going
- JBJ Led glo for the cheato in the back. This light is BRIGHT BRIGHT BRIGHT!
- Chemipure and purigen for mechanical filtration

Current inhabitants:
- 2 ORA picasso A clowns
- 1 Helfrichi firefish
- Cleanup Crew

I was only going to some zoas and fish originally after my downgrade, but after looking at some of these nano tanks decided screw it. But I was stupid and sold all my sps. Now the search to start to get same pieces back.

Some of the SPS I have are:
- Tyree purple monster
- Tyree ponape
- Tyree pink lemonade
- ATL Shades of fall
- Ora tort
- Cali tort
- SNIPERSPS blue nastura
- ATL ice tort

I will make a list of my zoas and take some pics soon.

Thanks troy. I love nanos. Downgraded from a rimless 120. I loved that tank but it was just too much work for me at this time. Hopefully when I eventually buy my place i'll be able to get a huge 300 gallon.

So i'm swapping out tanks pretty soon so probably last set of pics of my solana:

I'm hooked on clowns so I just picked up a pair of sick plats. The black contrast is awesome on these guys.

Picked up a new chalice:
The FnF Goku chalice.

My bazooka joe got stung but it's starting to make a comeback. Lost all it's color but after switching back to T5's the red is coming back fast.

I love sps, so with a sump in my new setup and bit more volume will be adding more pieces again.
