Algae ID

On top of a Valonia outbreak, I have this new, broad leaf red algae growing in my aquarium?

Anyone know what it is? I have no tangs or heavy graders. Is it good to have, or do I want to eradicate it?

I think it looks more like the second one, but it is in a very bright spot in my tank, and that description says it needs shady areas.
