.... how do you deal with yours?

Depends what I'm angry about-if it's politics whiskey and fox news ends up with me giggling a lot. If it's something wrong with my tank a dark corner of the bathroom with the lights out.
Anything in between is usually just taken out by fragging stuff. Tough to be angry if the cost is supergluing your fingers together from not paying attention.

Honestly I ask the Lord to help me. Sometimes it works better than other times but ultimately my anger is always soothed by God. But I have to ask! Sometimes I want to be mad and don;t ask but that's not the right attitude. Actually the bible says that it is ok to be angry but to sin not. It also says do not let the sun go down on your wrath. Anger is like a cancer that will eat you alive if you allow it too.

Yes and you make me smile my friend! I would be honored to upload some for your listening. I don't mean this in a bad way but I come from the school of Jesus where I want to be like him. He never put his foot on anyone's neck and he was full of love. I tell the truth according to the word of God but I will do it in love. I once was lost but now I am found! Not perfect by no means, but living my best to please God.

I usually do either physical work around the house or something sports related. It's real hard to be angry when you are too darn tired. One thing I have learned at my age is that most of the things I got angry at when I was younger would not even get a response from me now, just not that important. Life is too short to waste it being angry at someone or something. I want to spend it with a smile on my face and joy in my heart....I know it sounds corny but it works for me.

I write it all down on paper and rip it up a throw it away.Often times when I get angry over its very pittly.If it gets me to stressed out,I will have to ask for help and show that I can make it through what ever life presents to me.

A punching bag is the best solution for me! Or a contact sport where I'm allowed to get aggression out in a good way. Also walking things out, and sleeping, kinda like the reverands verse ;)

1. call a couple of the boys from the fraternity over to my house
2. buy one bottle of tequila or whisky - any rage enhancing liquid will do
3. find all the old t5, t8 and t12 bulbs i can lying around the house and my work
4. strap on a couple hockey helmets, gloves and safety glasses...
5. weapon up with a flourescent tube of your choice
6. re-inact scenes of stars wars - each successful hit to the head earns a shot :)
7. rage subsided, quality time spent with the boys and another memorable moment to share with the kiddo's in 15+ years :)

I agree with that. I used to have a terrible temper. But as I got older, just realized there is no point.
