Any company's do discounts?

Most routers will default to an internal IP scheme of 192.168.1.x. Your router is probably 192.168.1.1, unless you changed it. Your computer is probably like 192.68.1.100, or some where around there. I think my router defaulted to a DHCP scope that started at .100. The subnet mask you'll need is 255.255.255.0, and the gateway would be the routers address, so 192.168.1.1.

So your saying I can hook my apex to my wireless router without adding anything else??? Right now I have a netgear router which supplies wifi to my phone and laptop but I was told I need a bridge or something to

I have the netgear as well, If i hook my Apex up to my labtop Via eithernet do i still need to do all this, or lik troylee said do i not even need a labtop.

hooking it directly to the laptop will not allow you to access via iPhone. My Apex is plugged directly into the back of the router, as it should have 5 ports back there for you to plug in. If you don't go wireless, get a long ethernet cable online for cheap, and run it to the router.

Ya I don't want to run another Ethernet cable I would have to pull carpet up etc and it's not my house...:( I gotta go Wireless so I need some kind of adapter...:(

Can't give you tips on the wireless adapter, but feel free to ping me on anything else you need help on, especially on the network/PC setup side, as thats what I do for a living ;)
