Veremetid tubes are brown, those are spoiribid worms.Looks like vermitid snails on that Euphyllia.

Pic 2 are spoiribid worms, they are harmless filter feeders.

Yeah it was after looking really closely I was able to see the knot. I never knew they tied corals with rope. Regardless thanks for the helpThat was my thought too.
I'm late, but to add to the Spirorbid worms, it looks like there may also be a benthic foraminiferan (Miniacina miniacea or Homotrema rubrum) on the bottom left side of the coral's stalk in the third pic of the first post - if so, those are harmless filter-feeders too.
