The tips are crimped and not opening up like they used to be. They are moving and looking good but as you can see it is crimped. What could be causing this to happen and how can the color come back?

what is anything Has changed. how long have You had it in your tank for?

About 6 months old. Nothing has changed with the tank. I’ve done water changes every week, test every week, add Red Sea a+b in the tank and feed the corals right before a water change.

I’ve had great success with high nitrates keeping torches, around 25-50
For what that’s worth,

More like I turn off the pump, and put reef roids in their mouth. How would spot feeding them help them get not to crinkle more
Your coral is not happy for some reason, Ime they like to be spot fed bits of meaty food. I don't know if this will help in your circumstances.

That is what I am guessing. The other ones in the tank are all fine it is just this one torch that isn’t acting right

FYI, I think Aussie corals, torches, scolies, native water temps are 77 max.
I used to run at 79 to 80, but lowered to 77 for the scoly.
