Best Grow light

Hi,
I have a 60 Gallon LPS/SPS tank. I have a budget of about 150 and I was wondering what the best light would be.
Current fish:
Two Maiami Whites
7" Snowflake eel
2" blue spotted pufferfish
Here is a picture of my 30 Gallon that I already have a light for, but I don't remember where I got it and so I'm looking for recommendations.

What are the dimensions of your tank? Initially, I thought it was a 60 cube at 24x24x24, hence my recommendation.

The tank in the picture is my 30 Gallon cube
