What no damage...what is happing at UPS these days their standards must be slipping! I have to say the ATO sump is not without flaws but that is the risk of using material that is just laying around for 15 years lol.

If you have to drill the lids...and you will just make sure you clamp it down to a piece of wood and use a normal hole saw or drill bit for smaller tubes. Keep the drill speed up but don't push down hard with a hole saw...let the tool scratch its way through the Polycarbonate. Polycarbonate is not the easiest stuff to work with so be careful. It won't crack but is can pinch and launch itself across a room.
