Redoing my rodi station from a adapter from the kitchen sink to plumbed off clothes washer. I went to lowes and bought a plastic Y to split the cold water hose. The adapter to go from 3/4 to 1/4 hose is brass. Then i bought a water pressure gauge and a brass adapter to fit 1/4 inch hose on the rodi.

My question is- i was thinking that brass or copper can be used as long as its before the membrane and di resin on the rodi unit but want to make sure before using any brass.
Thanks for any info help you can provide

Sure, copper can be used before entering your unit. Most houses are plumbed with all copper supply lines.

Me personally would not use it unless it were before the unit. I wouldn't use it anywhere after the carbon. Just me, but maybe someone else know better.
