Just set up my biocube 29 with live rock 4 days ago and noticed this guy tonight. Bristle worm I think? Do I just leave him?

Looks like a common bristle worm. Imo they are beneficial and do not hurt anything healthy in your reef. I would leave it. I actually introduced them into my reef purposely.
However since its early this is your best time to try and remove them. Before they have a population. So if your going to, now is the time. Up to you. :-)

He actually beneficial. I have thousands of them in my 24G nano. They help to eat the extra food that drops the rocks and sand bed after feeding. They don't bother my fish or corals. But, I just order a couple of arrow crabs to control their population.

Sounds good, as long as there's something to help control them I'm fine with nature balancing itself! :-)
