Brown spots on frogspawn skeleton

Any ideas what these are? They don’t move at all but are kind of concerning.

Second on the vermited snails. They will propagate if not taken care of... it will irritate and worse case as the grow to cause the head to recede and die. I’d remove the little shells and glue over where they were in case the worm escapes.

Any tips on removal? I will take them off and glue over the spots tomorrow.
 
I use a razor blade to remove them. You wanna make sure you get the whole shell and glue over the spot. They are a pain...
