I figured I would show the difference higher par can make. These are two Walt Disney's from the same colony. Both in my tank and the pics taken 30 secs apart and under the same light settings.

This WD gets about 75 more par than the other. It gets a lot more pics and brighter over all.

If I am not mistaken, you are now running Radions, correct? How many fixtures are you using? Amazing corals you have here. :)

Yes I run Radions. I use the XR15's over the XR30's so I can space up the lights a little more. I use 10 of the XR15's.

Wow, that's pretty drastic!
What range are we talking about here?
150-225 would be a 50% increase, where as an increase from 750-825 would only be 10%

The lower Disney gets around 275 par and the other gets around 350.
What type of schedule/intensity/spectrum are you running?
My Radions are on for 10 hrs, including a 1 hr ramp up and down. First 5 hrs is the Ab+ program and the last 5 hrs is all blue.

gorgeous! I have an Indo tenuis that looks like it could be a WD colored morph that is a bit faded under 450 par after3 months in my DT. Yet, a frag from that same colony under 250 par in another smaller DT, same lighting scheme (Radions), is dramatically more colorful. After your post, and seeing what lower par has done for my frag, I think I’ll move the faded colony lower in the tank.

I got a new orange filter for the camera. I figured I would have some fun with some actinic pics.

I also have the Princess peach. Mine is a bit more pale. What par is yours getting? I have mine at 350.

I ordered this yesterday from the TSA labor day sale. I cant wait to get it. Where is your placement in the tank and how much par do you think it needs?

Both of these are some of my favorites. IMO I think both look best around that 300 - 350 par.

Hi Bubba! I took a stab at one of the cool pieces from TSA should be getting them tomorrow. Refreshed every hour trying to see a princess peach but ultimately got a triple sec.
