Is there a problem with my coral. When I bought it 2 month ago, the bottom of the coral wasn't black, but now is been turning dark and maybe smaller. The top of the coral look healthy and glowing.
Can you guys help me? Is it normal or something wrong. This was my first coral.

Man you cannot kill these. I can’t stress that enough. I Fw dipped a set about two weeks ago and they were dead. No tissue just skeleton. Bought another set. Crab nearly destroyed them. Today both sets are fine and growing back. I’m not really sure anything can kill candy canes at this point. The set I Fw dipped has half a head on two stalks and still manages to eat LPS pellets somehow when I feed it. The new set are kryptonite canes that have had the green tissue peeled off and they eat fine. Yours look great man. I’ve attached a photo of the set I killed, about two weeks ago this was skeleton.
