Clams with Potters Angels?

I have always wanted a clam but am afraid to put one in with my Potter's Angel. Anyone have this combo in their tank?

I've never kept the combo together although I would love it if I could. It is just too chancy to try for me.

Its a risk. From what I've read when fish go after clams its usually over to fast to do anything. However, sometimes you'll see nipping first. I have never kept marginal fish with my clams.

Take the risk, but qt him in a frag system first. I do that to all questionable fish. all fish for that matter, qt is a necessity IME and IMO

Oh I already have the potter's and would be adding the clam

I have clams with a Coral Beauty if it helps any. He has never messed with any of them.
