So munch tank is not even 4 months but I realized that everywhere in the tank has small spots of coralline. I have a bit of cyano but I know this is coralline because it’s been growing a rock solid structure on shells and rock. Is this a good sign that my tank is maturing or becoming stable?

I also have a green algae on my rocks and cyano though
I know this is coralline but is this normal to have different algaes?

Yes, you will have many different algaes growing at the same time. At different points some will come and some will go. We all hope that the more desirable ones come and the not at all desirable ones go. Which ones flourish and which ones subside depends on the nutrient and stability of the tank at that point. Coralline algae requires similar conditions to corals, so it is a good indicator as to the environment being amendable to corals. Many of the undesirable, organisms require the tank to be out of balance to what would be typical for coral to flourish, or require specific elements to be elevated or in short supply. The rogue's gallery includes
  • GHA (elevated NO3, PO4)
  • Cyano (elevated PO4, low NO3)
  • Diatoms (elevated Silicates)
  • Dinos (low PO4 and NO3)

I only have some sort of green algae on the rocks and some bits of cyano that my toothbrush won’t get of. I heard cyano should scrape off but it won’t come off. I have coralline algae also growing near my corals.
paremeters are all in check with a phosphate newr zero and a nitrate at 2

Also why won’t the red cyano come off or is it coralline? I already have a bit of coralline but it looks somewhat different from this, it might be cyano or coralline since it is not coming off

IME cyano comes of really easily. I used to blow it off with a turkey baster.

This is not coming off no matter what i do, it just sticks on and only comes off with a razor but has the same look as cYano. It looks like cyano but acts like coralline because it wont come off

That is most likely burgundy coraline. Cyano comes off easily as it is a film. Coraline comes in all colours. I have burgundy, purple and pink right now. I bought some second hand live rock about 10 years ago that had all the colours of the rainbow growing on the bottom.

I have some branching coraline on some snails that I am hoping seeds and spreads. It is only tan though, but has a very fine growth form.

From my eye I see coralline in pic 1, pic two with the clownfish I don’t see any actually, but pic three you see the duster tube and snails have a dark purple coralline and they will spread it everywhere over time.
I also see no cyano just some wisps of green hair-ish algae and dust on rocks prob diatoms.

there are these area where I think you guys identified it as coralline but is thin. My tank is maybe not even 4 months but is it normal to have coralline around the 3 and a half mark?
