This is a throwaway piece my buddy gave me that was a mystery and just brown when I got it. I glued it to a rock just for an experiment and three months it’s coming alive. Looks to be a nice piece of Mille. I was told to cut The two tips that are shooting out and that would cause it to grow like crazy elseware. Is that a recommendation others here would give? Or should I just leave it?

Are they new growth, or are those branches the original part of the frag? If it’s the latter, cut them. Let it growth if not.

I would leave it as well. Looks like it's already growing.

If a few months go by and you don't see any changes, then fragging "could" help, not always, ime.

Ok thanks guys that helps! The two points are new growth. It was just a round piece when I got it. It’s cool watching how they grow, when they actually grow

One of my brown Milli’s is starting to take on that exact coloration

Leave it. Three months is nothing. If it’s like 8+ months then yeah, I did that to ones I had dormant for that long.
