@Zeal Thank you for your comments.

Yeah try garlic. The fish go crazy... just hope for the best. I ordered Aqua Forest Garlic oil from BRS. I soak my nori sheet in garlic oil as well.
Can I feed nori to my clownsand Chromis? Still a new tank so I'm slowly adding critters

I'm doing a bit of research on suppliments for the coral when I get some and fish

Nori is for Tangs. I haven’t seen clowns or chromis eat Nori.

From fish food perspective get Brine and Mysis Shrimp, Flakes with Garlic. Start with that and see how it goes!!! Corals it depends on what you plan to keep. I don’t have SPS so can’t say what they need. My tank is LPS so I feed Reef Roids, Brine & Mysis Shrimp. Check out the video I uploaded on Instagram

Tank Shots after making changes to the scape AGAIN [emoji15]. I am happy but hope not to touch this again for the next few weeks. Plan is to add more zoas to the Zoa garden on the left, add orange octospawn or frogspawn near the rest of the torch corals and octospawn, some acans near the existing acans and create an acan garden.

So this tank will turn into Zoa, Euphyllia and Acan garden tank by the one year mark.

Anyway here are the changes and excuse the dying plate coral. I left it hoping for some babies

Change 1:
I moved the entire rock work closer to the back wall, there used to be more than 2 inches of space, now less than an inch.
Change 2:
Removed the rock on the left and made it a ZOA garden.
Change 3:
Removed all the arches... I DIDNT want to, but I had to.

It will take time for me to get used to this and let the corals grow, but I can see the entire scape and corals from all 3 sides now.

Im thinking of ordering STAX (5lbs) and pedestal rock to create a taller scape for SPS only. Have to toy around. I am very unhappy with my scape the more and more i look at it everyday.. Went down hill in 3 months...

http://www.marcorocks.com/reef-ledges/pedestal-rocks/new-pedestal-rock-natural-top/
http://www.marcorocks.com/products/stax-from-tlf/stax-a-two-little-fishies-product/

I want to combine these two and remove the left rock and add this... Build it high and place SPS, RBTA.. I think ill just order them to play with. cure them in a separate tank and then see if i want to add...If i knew any better when i first started, things would have been so much better!!! Does anyone else feel the same.. if i had to start over, it will be the cement that you use when you aquascape and an idea on how corals grow and what corals to keep!!!!

Happy with all other choices!!! Just my rant.....

Hey @mahindra.dev, how's the tank? Looks like you've been making some major changes. Any news on the big re-scaping decision?

@mdbannister I ordered the rock and epoxy. We had a wedding over the weekend and I did not look into any of this. I plan to start this Friday. I’ll update when I start.

Tank wise, I can see cyano taking over some part of my sand. I was not going to mess with it as I was going to mess with the scape. But it’s settling down and corals are fine.

Finally here is my 8th month update. It’s as if my rocks are disappearing!!! But this is in preparation for my rescape... I’ll post plans about rescape as a separate post with pics and ideas!!!

I have had 2 upsets earlier and I was slowly recovering and happy, but then comes my 3rd upset.

First is when my initial scape toppled and 2nd when I lost every one of my SPS...
now the 3rd Went downhill in 6-7 days... Started with Brown jelly on my Torch, then brooklynella on my fishes!!! Either or, I’m back and I am going to make this a better tank... here is what I lost.

4 fish-
2 clown fish: Extreme Black ice & Orange Blaze
1 McCoskers Flasher Wrasse
1 Diamond Goby

5 corals: All are Euphyllia
Golden Octospawn : lost both heads
Green torch : 2 heads, 3 survived
Purple/ green tip torch: lost 1 and 1 recovering.
Blue tip frog spawn: Lost all 4 heads.
Purple frog spawn - 2 heads, left with 1head.

Some pics

So here is my rescape plan....

If you notice there is no height perspective in my current scape pics... everything is like baserock... that is fine.. it’s packed with LPS corals and they are all in the lower 3rd of my tank.... My Marco rock and STAX arrive tomorrow!!! I will finalize my scape work my long weekend and place it in the tank.

Here is the thought process, the red boxes are nothing but baserock with a ledge and some STAX they look like hanging ledges!! The1st pic is where the new rock will go and the 2nd pic is the front view plan.

They cover the upper half of the tank. That will be my SPS and RBTA home.. it will create shaded spots for my LPS but I plan to take Kessil from 60% to 85% power slowly over the next few weeks. This should help with SPS AND LPS lighting.

I also moved the power heads to one side. Right side of the tank and they will be proving plenty of flow to the ledge structure which will
Have these SPS. Please comment on the scape

Oh one more thing. After 2 weeks of observation of all fishes they are back in DT. They are active and no signs of stress. I will add 2 more fishes in June and that’s it.

RBTA and 1 clown fish that is already used to hosting Anemones
1 sand sifter. I miss my watchman. Sand was super clean and once I lost him, the sand started to have spots. I have not siphoned my sand bed in 3 months, thanks to the goby. But now I had to this last water change.

So here is the update.

I never ordered from Marco Rocks but I’m soo impressed with the packing. A lot of packing material for this rock. There is no way that damage could occur. I’m happy with the ledge and STAX!! STAX is my new thing. I ordered 5lbs and if I had a nano, my setup would be done in 2mins. That’s how easy it is. I will update later with my AquaScape ideas, enough of my rant.....

Here are the pics.
