So I just got all of my new RedSea chemicals to dose my tank (was using Kent 2 part before) I have multiple 32 gallons with their total volume around 37 gallons. My question is who is using these and how much do you dose per gallon the instructions are pretty convoluted on the packaging. I realize that each tank consumes differently but I do want a starting point so I do not radically change my parameters in one dose then can work up the tanks that need it slowly.
TIA

When you say red sea 'chemicals' are you referring to the foundation elements or coral colours programme.

I should have been more clear sorry. I am speaking of the A,B,C foundation program Cal Alk & Mag.
I got the powder not liquid formulas.
The the directions explain how much a particular dose will elevate levels each time but I am looking for a good baseline starting dose.

I'm using both so might be of some help.

With regards to the KH/CA it's been a long time since I started the programme. Over 2 years but I used one of these online calculators which was pretty accurate according to my test shortly after dosing.

I'd say this will give you a very good starting point. Then test in about 4 days and see where your at, and make any adjustments accordingly.

Hope this helps

Cool both of the links I sent you I believe accommodate the powder forms.

Awesome thank you I wish they allowed adjustment from liquid supplements to the powder form on their site.

How are you liking the results in your tanks? I was not dosing for the first 6 months and was keeping up with water changes but once everything started to settle in and grow I had to start the dosing. The Kent products were bought to just get by and at this point it is not even able to do that so after looking around this brand seemed to be the best option.

Ive only ever really used the RS foundation, except kalkwasswer in my nano, so not much to compare it to. But they've always done just what I've expected them to do so no complaints so far.

I have them on a doser so pretty much set and forget once you've got them dialed in. It did take about a month of testing and adjusting to get it right. Bit by bit. So long as its done gradually its all good.

I now only really test KH if I adda bunch of new corals incase the requirement goes up.
