Ecotech Radions lighting schedule?

I just purchased a XR15w Pro for my 29g and confused on the lighting intensity and schedule...

Anyone willing to share their lighting intensity/schedule with me?

it all depends on the depth of your tank what is your depth

i would run 60-70% on all blues 10% for greens and reds 25% for whites and 20% for UV/Violets

my tank gets a 3 hour ramp up time 4-5 hour peak and 3 hour ramp down
