If this is one eye, its likely from an injury. These fish spook easily and likely a contributor to injury. Best treatment in a separate treatment tank with added aeration is Maracyn as pictured below

Good question. If both, while Maracyn will help, there will be more to circumstance such again injury, bacterial issue, poor water quality and use of chemicals

Yes especially when they grow in size and number and if this applies, you will see behavioral changes in fish such as flashing of fins, yawning, fins looking rough giving fish a raggy like appearance. Should it be flukes, Hyposalinity will work as will PraziPro in a separate treatment tank

Fins are fine, no flashing, no yawning.

Perhaps heavy breathing, lack of appetite

It appears to be both?

Both eyes cloudy could be just "bad luck" with an injury to both eyes, but usually, that points to some broader infection - brooklynella, ich (but there would be discrete white spots) or flukes (you usually see flashing though). I didn't read back through the whole thread, but the maroon had brook, right? Was that fully treated?

The maroon died before I could get formalin. I just did FW dips

Ugh - I can't rule out Brook here, but visually, that can look like a lot of other issues. Can you give this fish a FW dip without damaging it trying to catch it up?

I can try but unfortunately, I don't get home till tomorrow and last time it got its spines tangled in the net badly

Yep - that's an issue, plus you don't want to get spined by one, that hurts!

Yes- potential venom. Do you have control remotely for the lights? If so, turning them down will calm the fish a little
