Hey everybody, Hope you all are doing swimmingly. I'm new to the site so wanted to introduce myself. I've been in the "tankgame" for about 10 years now , live down in FL,. have had several tanks, mostly reefs.. (smallest a 12gallon cube, largest was a 180 gallon reef) ...Currently custom building a cube rimless 60 gallon (24"x24"x24") and custom stand, with trigger systems sapphire cube sump, Trigger systems 10 gallon sapphire ATO, vortec mp 10, dual reactor, controllable return pump, eshopps curve refugium light, custom blue hard plumbing ... just trying to figure out which skimmer... was going to go Bubble magus Curve 5 (due to footprint in sump) but want to find out more info on Eshopps Axium X-160. Not much out there about customer reviews yet, just product info.

Any fellow reefers have the inside scoop on the X-160?

Thanks and happy reefing.

Welcome to R2R! That sounds like a top-notch build. Sorry no experience from me with that skimmer, but I'm sure you'll find a few on here that have. Do you have any pictures of your progress on the build so far?

Thanks! I want to set this one up right. I will try to get some progress pics uploaded on Wednesday. Thats when I will be back over there. Haven't picked up light yet but think I'm gonna go with a Kessil 360 and controller.

Welcome to R2R!

Thanks all. Just a quick update, I started another forum for the skimmer I referenced above, and got some great feedback with pics and all, from fellow reefers. Check it out if you're interested In The skimmer comparisons. Have a great night.
