Flow advice for meat coral

Hello everone need help with flow in my tank. I have a 300 gallon with 2 neptune wavs positioned on top middle. I haved them highest set a 20 percent. When i turn them off my meats open up but when theyre on the meats shrink so im assuming its the flow. I have all euphilliya mostly torches and hammers so i try no tto keep the flow off. Do any one have any suggestions on how i can get my meat to open up and how i can direct the flow better

Tank looks great. Try placing it in a low area. Or move around the powerheads
