I have one and am looking for the same. Needles are still not easy to find. I bought the punch and sheet from the earlier pages but am still waiting on the silicone mat.. that's actually not the easiest to find either. Looks like it ships from china.
This is what I ordered last year, has worked out great for me. I changed the silicone seal every time I refill the reagents.

Or maybe this is easier... can someone confirm these would work?

100 PTFE & white silicon septas for $24
I have a pack of these that I've been using. https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2255800016203486.html

Vent Needles seem to be clogging more often than when I used the plain silicone ones. But the silicone also seemed to break down on a couple of the reagents. Also, I put mine in with the ptfe side facing the reagent, maybe it needs to be the other way around?

Also would like to add that the ones I bought are a bit too thick. Makes them a bit tighter going into the carousel.

Oddly enough I have a set of new vials from a replacement mastertronic, they all seem to be just silicone, without the ptfe. So I put those on today and left a couple with ptfe but I put ptfe up this time to see if I can cut down on clogging.

Also ordered more needles and a couple silicone replacements from coralvue because they are a bit cheaper. Just want to see what silicone comes, but I'm betting it's just regular silicone without ptfe.

Any idea where to get the external hoses? I looked at bulkreefsupply but looks like they dont have the 3.2mm size.

Will this work for the external hoses:

I might roll the dice on these:

$13.77 5% Off | EPA Vials For Sample Storage Brown Chromatography Vial 20 mL Parse Reagent Bottle 27.5*57 mm With Cover 22 mm and Septa 10 / PK

Think they’ll work?
They look like the same. Cheap let me know if they work. I might try it, lol

Just purchased this silicone sheet for the septas. It is basically a lifetime supply. Plan is to just change it out every time I refill the reagent.

Looking for these as well. All I’ve seen is the pump hose tube sizes/material.
I am going to try this of course need to cut it to 2M in length. I will let you know if it works. 20 FEET and cut 3 of them 2M, I will see if these work.

True. Ok here is the pic of the hose. It's not as flexible it seems as original the ID look the same. The top one in pic is original and second is the hose I bought. I am going to run some tests to see before I say this is a go. Now this is $13.99 and will make all 3 hoses. I am not sure how much they will charge for the original hoses.

Any word on the needles and syringes? I bought those vials from China waiting to see if they will work. Only $13 for 10 of them so can't go wrong. Actually ugh the original hoses 3.2mm and these 3mm. That probably wont work
