Mayne algea as is it spreading but ive never seen a white algea before.Could be a type of algae or tube dwelling critter. Manual removal is the best bet. I’d use a good toothbrush in between the polyps in a separate container of tank water.
Instead of dipping the coral in peroxide, I suggest using a cotton swap dipped in it. But you may still have to brush or pull it off after.
