If you click a user name and/or avatar you will get a pop up. Click "follow"

Just to be clear... do you want to add people to this forum or are you wanting to start a list of people you want to follow so that you can see what they are posting or threads they start?

OK. So the app is aweful. You want to use the web browser on your phone/tablet/laptop to sign into R2R. Then you can click on a person's name so that a window opens in the middle of the screen. you will have options like "ignore" "start a conversation" and "follow" ect. click follow
